Hounds of Rohozec

Hounds of Rohozec is a hunting club. In 2012, the master of another hunting club died and his family concluded there were too many horses and hounds to take care of. It was then spontaneously decided to adopt 10 of their hounds and so the "Hounds of Rohozec" club was born.  Our stables are located on an estate in the little village Podboransky Rohozec. The estate belongs to a Dutch family and consists of a big courtyard with stables, a guesthouse, a big lake and about 250 ha of fields and forests. The club has permission to use another 2000 ha for their activities, either for hunting or for country rides. We now own 9 horses and 14 hounds. The hunting season starts in august and ends in april.
